Reviews and Ratings <br />
Our experience at the hotel started on a bad note when we were sent to a sister hotel that was in bad condition. However, once we moved to the Empire Beach Resort, the situation improved somewhat, although there were still many disappointments. The location is in an older part of town, which has its charm, and the beach is nice. While the rooms were clean, they felt basic and in need of modernization, and the dining options were quite repetitive. Overall, it wasn't ideal, but there were moments that made our stay somewhat enjoyable.
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The animation team was energetic and made our experience enjoyable, but unfortunately, the overall quality of the accommodations was lacking. The rooms were outdated and not well-maintained, and the dining options were quite limited and repetitive. While the pool area was decent, the cleanliness left much to be desired, especially the swimming pool. Overall, it didn’t feel like good value for the money spent.
The hotel has a unique charm, although it's showing its age. The staff were incredibly welcoming, making my stay memorable. The beach access is fantastic, and the pools are enjoyable, but the dining options could use improvement. The rooms left something to be desired, particularly in terms of cleanliness and amenities, which detracted from the overall experience.
The stay had its perks, such as spacious rooms and helpful staff, but cleaning issues and some uncomfortable amenities made for a less than ideal experience. While the all-inclusive food and drink options were plentiful, the beach vendors could be quite bothersome. Overall, I felt I got what I paid for, but I hoped for better overall standards.
